The service=XXXX parameter that is appended to the url when redirected to the cas server login page does not match the regular expressions you enabled in the service definitions.

You have to either change your service definition in the cas service management interface or change the cas client setting (hardcoded service url etc).

Now when user try to sign in, application redirect to CAS login screen after 
Login user is NOT getting redirect to application back. Instead CAS is 
redirecting it to error page and saying this application is not authenticate to
