Hi, we have configured CAS 3.4.6.2 on JBoss 5.0.1 "com" on Linux and the setup is working very well with Active Directory so now comes the time for setting up the clustering. My requirement is that I cannot use JPA (external databases, really) and it would be best to use JBoss cache only, i.e. I'm not sure I'd be allowed to use memcached. From sifting through the mailing list's archives and from what I can see at the project's wiki I guess that particular combination of CAS and JBoss cluster isn't exactly the most popular one but well, I have to try it out. Before I spend too much time on it though, I'd like to know your opinion whether it's all feasible, are you perhaps aware of any obstacles that simply render it impossible because of some, say, low level details of what's been changed between JBoss 4.x and 5.x or in CAS 3.4.x? I'm not asking for any direct guides, in fact, if all goes well and the requirements don't start stating that JBoss 4.x can be used, I promise I'll document what's needed to get it working :-) it's just that I think it's better to ask what you think of it?
