You've turned up Tomcat logging, but that's not what Scott meant. We want you to turn up the CAS application logging, controlled by $TOMCAT_HOME/webapps/cas/WEB-INF/classes/log4j.xml. Turn the org.jasig.cas category to DEBUG and redeploy and post those logs.
