*purpose:* I want to development some specify feature for my school CAS,and I will change some source in CAS. I don't want to change the core source of CAS,I hope that my development feature can add to original CAS as a plugin so that I can upgrabe my CAS when the CAS are upgrade.
*My status:* I have been build a *web project *by eclipse, I copy the source to src and the resource file to WebContent as the cas.war. I can use the eclipse to deploy it,it is so quick to debug my code. But I can't differ my sourcefrom the CAS original source, I builded it by cas 3.4.2,and I want to upgrade to 3.4.2.1, I must copy the java file to new project that build for 3.4.2.1? It is lose my time,I don't like it. I have refer the document as follows*,* https://wiki.jasig.org/display/CASUM/Development, but I don't know build it. *question:* What is the best pratice way to develop the cas pugin? What kind project you build in eclipse? What version is the eclipse you use? What plugin add to your eclipse? Do your build the Maven Project in your eclipse for the cas? The cas-server-3.4.2.1-release.zip have a lot of folder as "cas-server-core" "cas-server-support-legacy", What project I can build to include it?
