I read the document, it was very informative. The sample pom.xml was very
helpful. I was able to compile the build. My next step is to build trimmed (
the modules I need) which gives me specific functionality.

Thank you.

You may also want to look at the Maven2 WAR Overlay process to see if it makes
sense for you:

Thank you, I am working on reporting the issue, after removing the line the
build succeeded perfectly. I figured out the stall in the download as well, our
IPS was being tripped when downloading some of the jar files.

We have a bad unused import in that test. Can you open an issue for it?

Your quick fix is to remove this line in the file:
import com.sun.xml.internal.ws.client.RequestContext;

Hello,
I want to thank you ahead for helping me on this issue. I am attempting a stock
build of CAS, from the download page.

Here is my environment, Fedora 13 x86_64bit.
Java version "1.6.0_22"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_22-b04)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 17.1-b03, mixed mode)

Apache Maven 3.0 (r1004208; 2010-10-04 06:50:56-0500)
Java version: 1.6.0_22
Java home: /usr/java/jdk1.6.0_22/jre
Default locale: en_US, platform encoding: UTF-8
OS name: "linux" version: "2.6.34.7-61.fc13.x86_64" arch: "amd64" Family:
"unix"

When I do a mvn package in the downloaded directory, no matter what I do I
can't get past the following error.
