No experience, but the problem should be solvable through classloader isolation. I've recommended that solution for similar issues with other jars, and I took the subsequent silence as evidence that was a sufficient fix. Unfortunately I have no experience with WebLogic, so I can't suggest how to enable classloader isolation for webapps. Hopefully you know how to do this, or a WebLogic person will speak up with instructions.
