Guys, Just adding my thoughts to this email discussion on mod_auth.
Even 1.0.8 on windows server does not support SLO well. Along with the options proposed below, a script on the client side to clean up mod_auth cookie is an option or a work around. Once you call cas logout you should call the javascript or any other script to delete the cookies. In any case the Windows version you're on precludes the use of the .NET CAS client + IIS7 that I was thinking might be an option. I believe your choices are to try to build 1.0.9.1 on Windows, try 1.0.8.1 which I believe has a Visual Studio build chain, or accept that the feature you want isn't available for the version you're running.
