I don't think my issues are really specific ones. I now use a fresh installation of CAS server, and no CAS client yet. I just tried configuring an uppercase username to access Services Management, using default SimpleTestUsernamePasswordAuthenticationHandler, UsernamePasswordCredentials, UsernamePasswordCredentialsToPrincipalResolver. It's not specific to my application (I haven't cassify it for now).
