Exposing the ids allows for scripts to easily walk through the form. If you
saw all the changes needed to get this to work with web flow you'd see why
we didn't make more changes. Essentially the execution Id and snapshot Id
must be in the flow. It's all it cares about. We use the random part of the
key to make the encrypted part unguessable. That said I can see if we can
create keys by phrase rather than by secret key which could make management
easier.
