If you're using it in an iFrame, you have two options:

1. Look into CAS proxy support (which involves the portal giving your
application some token)
2. directly CASify the wiki.

Both options require you to use an existing CAS client (in your cas, phpCAS)
to protect the wiki.

Which parts are confusing you?
