Sure, post your configs. You should omit the POM since it's not relevant to issues of capacity planning and availability that you seem interested in. I would strongly recommend some load testing on a pre-production setup. If you don't already have a stress-testing tool, JMeter is free and there are some canned scripts attached to https://wiki.jasig.org/display/CASUM/Apache+JMeter that you can customize for your environment.
