It looks like the error is in the CASShib product, for which we can offer no support here. I'd suggest you head over to http://groups.google.com/group/casshib?pli=1 and post the question there. There is no passcode involved in the CAS server, so both the stack trace and the root cause suggest a CASShib-specific problem.
