We have a vendor whose CAS integration instructions for a specific product requires us to modify casServiceValidationSuccess.jsp such that it returns attributes instead of using /samlValidate. Has anyone else had a request like this? If so, what has your response been? We would really prefer to request that they fix their application than make changes to CAS for this.
NOTES: * The company does have other products that utilize CAS "properly" / via other routes but for some reason, they are requiring modifications for this one specific product. * They are using a modified version of the perl AuthCAS library. It doesn't appear to support saml, but they are already modifying the library so it may be possible to extend further.
