Alright, I don't really have a better place to host it, but for now,
I've put both the plugin I based it on (found on a squirrelmail mailing
list ago on Google, version 0.2; useful to just have more samples out
there) and my modifications (0.3) over at:

http://melson.fastmail.net/

(They should probably go up someplace else, but that should work for
now; I think I still have some work to do before I can try and upload
the plugin to the Squirrelmail official repository.).

Useful information should be included in the included readme, comments,
etc.., but I'm more a sysadmin than a programmer, so be warned in
advance. Feel free to ask me any questions (off list or wherever), and
I'll try and explain what the rationale was behind certain decisions.

My modifications have *not* been through any production testing, but I
have been running them through my testing environment without any major
problems. My relevant systems are Squirrelmail 1.4.21 and CAS 3.4.7.

Matt
