I have updated my Web.config at
https://github.com/cthielen/Portal/blob/master/Portal/Web.config .

I am developing the web app locally but hope specifying my local server name as
'localhost' will work fine as long as CAS at cas.ucdavis.edu merely tells my
browser to redirect to "localhost".

I have corrected the serverName but the error does not change.

Additionally, I should mention this is running on Mono 2.10.1, in case somebody
is aware of a Mono incompatibility.
