In another thread, someone mentioned adding a link to the login page and let
the link point to another web application that handles changing user passwords.
In my case, passwords are stored in LDAP. I was told that using Java to access
LDAP is not that stright-forward so I'm wondering if
cas-server-support-ldap-3.4.8.jar can be used to simplify accessing LDAP from
Java.
Thanks.

Subject: [cas-user] options for changing user passwords

Hi,

I am using CAS server 3.4.8, and I have a few questions about supporting
changing user passwords.

1. https://wiki.jasig.org/display/CAS2/Change+Your+Password# shows a few
options for changing user passwords. I'm wondering if they still work with the
latest version of CAS server.

2. I also notice
https://wiki.jasig.org/display/CAS/Expired+Password+Integration in the wish
list, which was last edited in April 2009. Any news about it?

3. Without the above, is there any other way to implement this?

Thanks.
