We've added limited support for OpenID, SAML 1.1, and SAML 2 over the past several years. Adding support for OAuth, possibly with a subset of the full feature set, should be entirely possible. I'm personally quite interested in this feature, but I don't have time to devote at present. If you're interested in developing this feature, please open an issue at https://issues.jasig.org/browse/CAS and attach a patch.
