Hi Marvin. Cool. A couple of years back I was going to implement on with a different TicketRegistry also. I am interested in doing this now since I put this off. I generally code in python, and js (client and server), some erlang, some ObjC, so will be examining existing code and then attempting this. Not sure if there are folks on dev list that I might ping if I have any questions as I am going along.
I have worked a bit with YubiKey in past with a python integration. I don't anticipate that it would be difficult. Only barrier to this is that I am not programming in Java routinely, so I might be a bit slower and have a couple of questions.
