Hi acnu,
please supply a phpcas debug log.[1] With a log like this we might be
able to help you. The error itself is a generic error message when the
client runs into a major problem. Right now i can only guess what a
problem could be.
Please also share the code you are running. If you are not able to share
it publicly just send it to me directly and i will have a look.
