No, but CAS can support authorization done by myapp by providing data to it via the attribute release facility in CAS, https://wiki.jasig.org/display/CASUM/Attributes. Note that client security libraries like Spring Security and .NET Forms have components that are meant to work with attribute release such that authorization happens naturally.
