jbossTicketCacheReplicationConfig.xml would be placed at cs(ContentServer installation)/bin folder by default when you install primary cluster member. For additional cluster members you need to copy jbossTicketCacheReplicationCon fig.xml and other property files from the primary member to other cluster members.
