Jerome- Try removing CASCookieDomain from your config, it generally is not needed. But, if you do need, please confirm the domain choice.
According to the logs, your cookie is being set for "Domain=.asso-cocktail.fr". But, the URL is "http://dev.asso-cocktail.org/ftpprivate";.
