Hey,
Try to add the following dependency in the same pom.xml (it should help
clearing out some errors from the log..):
<dependency>
<groupId>org.hibernate</groupId>
<artifactId>hibernate-core</artifactId>
<version>${hibernate.core.version}</version>
<type>jar</type>
</dependency>
