I am new to the user-cas list. I sorry I am not fluent on english
I have deployed a cas server using the maven2 overlay method. My
organization purchased a wilcard certificate and I have imported the
certs and the key in the keystore for Tomcat. Cas web portal runs
without problem over ssl (browsers accepts the certificate).
Now I need to casify a dovecot (IMAP) server. I have compiled the
pam_cas module and I have some questions.
I seems that the pam_cas module is unmaintained, no official download
links, no offical doc, and is in the legacy section of the CAS
documentation page. Is still recommended the use of pam_cas or there is
other way to casify a IMAP server?
My previous question is such given that I have sucessfully compiled the
module but tests with the binary castest displays errors related to
certificates on the ssl connection. It seems that the pam_cas module
don't work with the pem file with my certs that I declared in the
pam_cas.conf file
Should I still use the pam_cas module?
If, the answer is yes, how can debug why the pam_cas doesn't want to
connect to the cas server?
