If you increase logging via the log4j.xml, you should see additional
information.

If its failing for a callback, its typically one of two reasons:
1.  It does not trust the endpoint's certificate.
2. The endpoint is not initially returning a status code that indicates its
okay (i.e. a 200).

If you already have logging turned up, please paste in any additional stuff
you might feel is relevant.
