Andy, Thanks. It worked to the extent than I was able to use CAS client to retreive user attributes via SAML and get a valid AttributePrincipal object. However, it only contains/shows login value as attribute name, whereas attributes I was trying to retreive from the db to not show -- it looks like db query in this bean is not even executing ( <bean id="attributeRepository" class="org.jasig.services.persondir.support.jdbc.SingleRowJdbcPersonAttributeDao"> )
