Ah, that makes sense.  Then we should really break that into its own file
or allow you to add to the list without modifying the bean definition.
Can you open a JIRA issue for that?

I thought I would go this route since when I upgraded to 3.5.1 there was a
lot of changes to the message.properties.  I had originally just changed
the message.properties but as I work for a company with a  international
user base I changed all of them.  I
 was hoping this way would set me up for a easier time when I upgrade to
4.0.
