Hello, I've just downloaded a cas-server-3.5.1 and it seems that the messages in cas-server-webapp/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/classes/messages_de.properties (and _fr.properties) are iso-8859-1 encoded. This breaks all special characters in the webapp. When encoding them in UTF-8 everything looks fine.
Can anybody confirm this ?
