I'd attempt to query the cache on the other node directly to see
whether it contains the ticket created at the first node. While seeing
network traffic is a good sign, it's not strong evidence of
replication. This would also allow you to confirm that the expiration
time on the ticket matches the system clock on the second node, which
would confirm that the clock drift issue has been solved.
