That password policy standard is substantially different from existing
support for the OpenLDAP standard, but it turned out straightforward
to implement:

It's interesting to note that the following directories appear to
support this standard: RHDS, Oracle Directory Server, and UnboundID.
Yay! I'm running Sun DSEE, which I believe implements the same password
policy method. Will this code be integrated into CAS into a future
version?
