I assume that you are able to hit your cas server directly (so you know that things like certificates are working correctly)?
I also seem to remember reading about issues with some of the paths; setting some path (don't remember which) to "/" rather than some other value (maybe "~/app.html") allowed something to work with respect to credentials (vague memory from a week or two back).
