Thanks Michael/Dmitriy for clearing up two very important, and very frustrating
things for me. The wiki specifies that ehcache-replicated.xml should go at the
WEB-INF root, not classes, so that much probably needs updating as well. When I
placed it at WEB-INF, I was getting cacheManager bean creation failures thrown
in catalina.out.
