We were also trying: https://www.middleware.vt.edu/doku.php?id=middleware:cas:client:dotnet, which has a link to download a different client. That was after we failed to get things working with the Jasig client using Saml11 (Cas protocol worked fine). I've grabbed the source code, so I have the answers to a lot of questions I may come up with.
