I've recently upgraded to 3.5.2 (from 3.5.0) and having trouble
accessing the service management page.
I get "There was an error trying to complete your request. Please notify
your support desk or try again."

While trying to debug it I get these on the cas.log

I see no error or stack trace. There should be a trace somewhere. Check catalina.out and the localhost log if you're running Tomcat. Post the stack trace when you find it.
