  Were you able to find a solution for this issue? I seem to be having the 
exact same issue you have described below, expect that mine is a bit random. It 
will work fine for a while, then at some point it will start throwing these 
errors. It will start working after a while, which I am guessing it when the 
tickets expire.

I have valid SSL certs. I'm running cas 3.5.2, exchange 2010.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So, I have a CAS 3.4.11 installation that is apparently having a problem with 
ClearPass and CASOWA. It was working fine up until a couple of weeks ago, when 
the Exchange group had an issue with OWA and they ended up having to totally 
blow out and reinstall OWA. Now when I hit https://mail.yc.edu/coa/auth, it 
redirects to CAS just fine. I authenticate, it redirects me back to OWA and 
allows me in. Then I log out, hit https://mail.yc.edu/coa/auth again, this time 
it comes directly back with:

Server Error in '/coa' Application.

Received response from 
https://cas1.yc.edu/clearPass?ticket=&service=https://cas1.yc.edu/clearPass, 
but cas:credientials IsNullOrEmpty.  Check CAS server logs for errors.  Make 
sure SSL certs are trusted.

It will continue throwing the error every time I try to log in after that. If I 
wait for the tickets to expire, then it starts all over.

All of the SSL certificates are installed in the proper containers. All of the 
servers have been rebooted multiple times. I've completely rebuilt and 
reinstalled the CAS app with Maven. The only other CASified app we have right 
now is Blackboard, and it has had no issues at all the entire time.

I've attached the excerpted CASOWA and CAS logs. Any help anyone could give 
would be appreciated, I've been banging my head against this one for a couple 
days now.
