Hi. We have built a portal which uses CAS for the registration. But now, we need to connect an App with this portal. Now, the question is how to connect an App with the API on the website using the existing CAS system. The users from the App need a longer expiry time than those on the website. This timeout is different than the website.
1) Can we use the RememberMe-cookie using the REST interface? Thus far, we had no luck transferring the cookie using the CAS-REST-API. It works with normal login-pages, but the cookie is not transferred over the REST interface from CAS. In any case, this seems the fastest solution. Any suggestions how to get it working? 2) Extending the TGT/ST for certain callers? Is this even possible? Alternatives?
