What cas version are you on now?

Currently I have registered all my auth services in the deployerConfigContext.xml as "org.jasig.cas.support.oauth.services.OAuthRegisteredService". This requires to edit the deployerConfigContext and restart the server every time I need to add a new oauth service. Is there any other option where I can add more oauth services at run time? I see the CAS server is reloading all services every two minutes. Do I have a way to add the new services where it reloads? Of course the CAS services can be configured to reload from database but not the oauth registered services.
