Yes, it's just customizing the JSPs for the UI (includes/top.jsp and 
casLoginView.jsp in particular).

I used a combination of the code our web group did for our main site and 
Twitter Bootstrap to make our login page (https://webauth.usf.edu) more 
responsive.

We have implemented CAS 3.4.2.1 and we would like to have the login page
compatible with mobile devices (currently it is usable, but not pretty). Is
it as simple as customizing the UI code to do so or am I trying to make this
more complicated that it is?
