I am a research assistant and developing a PHP application that uses the CAS of my university. Some time ago my university upgraded their CAS server, but I still had the old CAS's login URL. Currently, when I use the old CAS info, it works fine, but when I use the new CAS info, it gives me this page: "Application Not Authorized to Use CAS" See attached screenshot. Would it be possible to know what might be causing this? I am running IIS 8.5 on Windows 8.1 and PHP 5.5. As for the PHP CAS client, I'm using version 1.3.2. I also tried on an Ubuntu 13.04 with Apache and PHP 5.4, and it did not work either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
