Hello,

The Services Manager uses Spring Security to authorize the application.
The default config uses the deployerConfigContext.xml to store the list
of authorized users:

<sec:user-service id="userDetailsService">
    <sec:user name="@@THIS SHOULD BE REPLACED@@" password="notused"
authorities="ROLE_ADMIN" />
</sec:user-service>

Change the @@THIS SHOULD BE REPLACED@@ with a username of an admin. You
can duplicate the sec:user element for each admin you'd like to authorize.

John
