Thanks for your information.

As there is some specific config in log4j.xml, I need to migrate to logging.properties in jboss configuration folder for your solution.
I think the problem is not resolved and it could be a workaround only.

Ryan Connolly 提到:
I simply commented out the following bean in log4jConfiguration.xml:

     <!--<bean id="log4jInitialization" class="org.springframework.beans.factory.config.MethodInvokingFactoryBean">-->
         <!--<property name="targetClass" value="org.springframework.util.Log4jConfigurer"/>-->
         <!--<property name="targetMethod" value="initLogging"/>-->
         <!--<property name="arguments">-->
             <!--<list>-->
                 <!--<!–<value>classpath:log4j.xml</value>–>-->
                 <!--<!–<value>${log4j.config.location:classpath:log4j.xml}</value>–>-->
                 <!--<value>${log4j.config.location}</value>-->
                 <!--<value>${log4j.refresh.interval:60000}</value>-->
             <!--</list>-->
         <!--</property>-->
    <!--</bean>-->

I've also excluded all logging libraries from the CAS overylay dependencies to allow logging configuration from the JBoss console at runtime. HTH.

Dear All,

I find the problem mentioned as subject. I have searched from web and
find no solution for this. Anyone can give me some hints to get more
information about this problem?

Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: class path resource
[log4j.xml] cannot be resolved to absolute file path because it does not
reside in the file system:
vfs:/C:/jboss-eap-6.1/standalone/deployments/cas.war/WEB-INF/classes/log4j.xml

Thanks,
Raymond
