I answer to myself. It is very strange. I have checked with tcpdump :
No LDAP call is catched toward Active Directory server !!

Despite my LDAP config, no LDAP packet is seen on the wire.
Does anybody has ever seen that ?

Hello,

My LDAP setup has evolved by customer demand. It is now backed by Active 
Directory.
The config is pretty well documented, but despite many checks/tests/restart, I 
am still not able to authenticate.

Context :

-          CentOS 6.5 64bits

-          JDK 1.6.0u45

-          Tomcat 6.0.24

-          CAS 3.5.2.1

I have the desesperate exception message in catalina.out :
WHO: [username: s-cas]
WHAT: 'principal' cannot be null.
Check the correctness of @Audit annotation at the following audit point: 
execution(public abstract org.jasig.cas.authentication.Authentication 
org.jasig.cas.authentication.AuthenticationManager.authenticate(org.jasig.cas.authentication.principal.Credentials))
ACTION: TICKET_GRANTING_TICKET_NOT_CREATED
