SharePoint has built-in Windows authentication mechanism, if you want
to change that mechanism to use CAS,
you might need to contact Microsoft.
CAS supports SAML protocol. CAS SAML is for CAS SAML Clients, and
ADFS SAML is for ADFS Clients,
If you want to combine both of then, the structure will become ADFS -> CAS
-> SAML -> CAS Client.
