I am running CAS 4. I have configured the login throttling and it is working.
I followed these instructions http://jasig.github.io/cas/4.0.0/installation/Configuring-Authentication-Components.html#login_throttling Once a user is throttled the authorizationFailure.jsp is rendered They are given the message "Access Denied" But are never shown the message as to why.
