Hello Romain! Thank you for the information. In our case, it started with 4.0. I did not find the exact cause, unfortunately. Finally, I just replaced the TicketGrantingTicketExpirationPolicy with the HardTimeoutExpirationPolicy, which provides a single timeout and was used back in CAS 3.
Our users did not like the inactivity sliding window used by TicketGrantingTicketExpirationPolicy, so I had both the hard timeout and the sliding timeout set to the same value. I don’t know if this was the problem. I enhanced the corresponding unit test with the case when both values equal and the test passed OK. I’m still waiting for feedback from our test department (and potentially real users) as I was not able reproduce the issue. So I still don’t know if it helped or not. I’ll keep you updated.
