The file looks ok on visual inspection and passes XML validation using
tools. That makes me think that the whitespace issue that Curtis mentioned
is perhaps the cause. It's possible the whitespace got fixed between
pastebin and the editor I used to view the file, which would explain why
it's broken for you and seemingly ok to me. I suggest you ensure you have
consistent LF (Unix) or CRLF (windows) line endings.
Here's a Unix one-liner to convert to exclusively LF line endings:
tr -d '\r' < deployerConfigContext.xml > deployerConfigContext-new.xml
