This is an “unstable” add on at this time and explicitly depends on CAS 4.1.0-SNAPSHOT (unreleased). I think a better option would be to wait until 4.1.0 gets released (CAS devs: when that would be?), as I heard there is a “native” authorization facility is being developed that is targeted for inclusion in cas core 4.1.0.
