Okay.  I will try tuning it a little bit to see if I can keep most of it out of 
the disk.

I suppose that's expected. The cache doesn't just hold a TGT id. It holds the 
entire TGT object and its history and children, etc.

I just deployed my first ehcache-backed cas4 server yesterday and I noticed 
that I'm getting 15-20 MB worth of data in my TGT overflow file.

I only show 4k unexpired TGTs in my statistics window and my MaxElements in 
memory is at the default 10,000.  Is this normal behavior or have I got a 
configuration issue somewhere?

I expected at 10k elements in memory that I'd rarely if ever use the file on 
disk.
