Load balancer ---> tomcat(s) (Apache useful if using fail2ban or mods)

many server and go to the next if the first failed ?

Load Balancer for the LDAP is another route.

Subject: [cas-user] newbie question

Hi all,

First time I post a message here.

I'm totaly newbie about cas so my apologies if I ask some stupid question.

I'm trying to install a cas server authenticate on my ldap server. After
searching/testing I finally manage to authenticate myself.

Now I've 2.5 question (for the moment ;-),

1/ Do you put you tomcat in front of internet or you put a apache between
  them ?

1bis/ If you put a apache between, I'm not going to make a ssl
connection between apache and the tomcat (same server) so, how can I
tell cas not to put the warning message ?

2/ We got many ldap server for fault tolerance, how can I tell cas to use
many server and go to the next if the first failed ?

Regards.
