I posted this problem last week but never got a response from anyone. It seems no one has encountered this problem? Session creation failure at (https://www.sp.sips.iris.salford.ac.uk/Shibboleth.sso/SAML/Artifact) I have checked according to https://authdev.it.ohio-state.edu/twiki/bin/view/Shibboleth/SessionCreationError, but nothing appears in the shibdLog to indicate the sourec of this failure.
